Our organization listed above is seeking to partner with Monarch Iconography Studio LLC as our Event Book provider. Monarch will provide the following:
- Training and support for the Event Book contact/design person when needed
- PDF proof of the completed Event Book as created by your organization
- Quality Event Books published and delivered in a timely manner as per the date specified
In exchange, the school understands that the Event Book contact/design person is responsible for the design of the Event Book. A Monarch representative can give suggestions, ideas and feedback, if requested, but Monarch does not aid in the actual content of the book. All proofreading must be completed by the contact/design person. All proofs are given in PDF format for approval 6 weeks prior to the delivery date you need. When the project is completed and approved, a final invoice for the number of yearbooks ordered will be sent to the address indicated. Once payment has been made, we can proceed forward with the production of the yearbooks. Please allow 4 weeks from that date for delivery to the school. All sales are subject to sales tax and shipping.
The organization agrees to pay the estimated invoice for the Event Books whether the project is seen to completion by the contact person/designer/organization or not.
To ensure the publication arrives on time, the deadline date given must be adhered to by the organization. Monarch is not responsible for any late deliveries or delays in shipping that are out of their control.
Once this agreement is signed, Monarch will provide a link for the software that is to be used to design your Event Book to the contact person and can offer a tutorial on how to use it. We are here to help.
